Shipping Policy

Due to the custom nature of these products, all orders typically take between 3 and 5 business days to ship. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Please allow additional time during sale events and on holidays.
We recommend ordering at least a week prior to running out of a product.

International customers: We do a high volume of international sales, shipping from the United States. Please understand that it is your responsibility to pay any duty or custom fees or charges.

Please note: Some carriers may not update tracking information for 24 to 48 business hours after the order is shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the custom creation of your order and the sanitary nature of skincare and hair care products, we cannot accept any returns unless their was an error on our behalf. All orders must be canceled within 24 hours.

While we strive for 100% accuracy in our sales, we are human. Any error made on our part, such as shipping an incorrect item, will be remedied by our team. Please reach out to us to discuss your situation.
